New York State Higher Education Services Corporation has processed the 2008-09 series of the NYS Math & Science Teaching Incentive Program. Awards for this scholarship are reflected on the SU8069 Consolidated Scholarship Roster (CSR) #876 for the fall term and #877 for the spring term.
The CSR, used to certify eligibility and process payments for students holding a NYS Math & Science Teaching Incentive Scholarship, can be viewed and printed from the G&S Transaction Processing Reports Tab at www.hesc.org. You must have a User ID and password to access reports in the secure Transaction Center.
For instructions regarding certification for students holding this scholarship, select Appendix J: NYS Math and Science Teaching Incentive Scholarship Payment Procedures and Certification Instructions.
Do not disburse refunds until all term certifications are complete, the Remittance Advice has been received and payment authorization is confirmed. Statutory provisions of NYS Math & Science Teaching Incentive Program require recipients to have completed the academic year and to have earned at least 27 credits prior to receiving payment.
